Starting from September 1, 2015, all fire protection products listed in the catalog did not obtain mandatory product certification certificates or were not labeled with mandatory product certification marks, It shall not be manufactured, sold, imported, or used in other business activities. Our company's seven major categories of gas fire extinguishing products, including heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing equipment, IG541 gas fire extinguishing equipment, high-pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing equipment, and cabinet type heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing devices, are all included in this catalog, involving a total of 11 type inspection reports.

Gas fire extinguishing equipment is one of our company's main products, and obtaining a certificate before September 1, 2015 will directly affect the production and sales of our gas products. Therefore, since the beginning of 2015, the company has made thorough arrangements for the CCC certification of gas fire extinguishing equipment and established a CCC certification working group led by the general manager. The working group immediately formulated a detailed and meticulous work plan, which is mainly divided into three stages: report confirmation, preparation before factory inspection, and factory inspection. The content includes a series of tasks such as drawing and sample preparation, filling out the characteristic document table, main classification table, and model comparison table, submitting non-conforming items for inspection, confirming the original report and issuing a new one, applying for certification, organizing and uploading documents, and improving the process documents and equipment configuration in accordance with the certification rules.

After months of joint efforts from various departments of the company, the working group overcame numerous obstacles and difficulties that were difficult to predict during the certification preparation process. Finally, on August 28th, a 16 person inspection working group consisting of the Fire Product Qualification Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Public Security and the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Refractory Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was welcomed, Our company has also been recommended by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Refractory Components as a pilot enterprise for 3C certification factory inspection of gas fire extinguishing equipment. After two days of careful, meticulous, and rigorous inspection by the inspection team of our company's quality system documents, design and development documents, drawings, processes, procurement control, process control, routine inspection confirmation inspection procedures, records, equipment configuration and operation, witness testing, product consistency inspection, and other aspects, it was ultimately decided that we unanimously recommend our company to pass the CCC certification inspection of gas fire extinguishing equipment, The evaluation center has approved our company's CCC certification certificate for gas fire extinguishing equipment on August 31st. Through the review of our company, the inspection team has established a new positioning for the CCC certification inspection standards for gas fire extinguishing equipment, and has also provided a new basis for the inspection of other related enterprises.
