On October 25, 2012, the Human Resources Department took the lead in organizing the financial knowledge training for non-financial personnel. This training was invited UTC finance department Wang Jiawei, Yao Jie two teachers, the company's senior management, and the middle management of all departments have participated in the training.
The first phase of the training was about what is finance? Focused on the terminology of financial management, ten basic internal control points, ERP system and other theories, through the study of the students can use the three main financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, to understand the current state of corporate finance. The second stage comprehensively explains the budget concept and 'two-level' budget system. Following the principle of 'three musts and two mustn'ts', we can reasonably prepare the financial budget plan and better control the enterprise risk.
The trainees were very enthusiastic about the training, interacted and exchanged ideas with a high degree of participation, and at the same time, they were very satisfied with the organization and content of the training.
This training popularized the basic financial knowledge for the company and made everyone realize the importance of financial management in enterprise management. Therefore, the company hopes that through this study, on the basis of understanding the financial knowledge and the current situation, better grasp and apply to the work.
