From March 30 to 31, 2013, the company successfully organized the course training of 'Target and Performance Management' in the conference room on the second floor of the exhibition hall. This training is conducted by the external consulting organization expert Mr. Chen Yixin, the company's senior management and each department head participated in this training.
This training, from where the target comes to the performance management model and the model involved in the various aspects of the beginning, leading students to learn performance management knowledge. In this training, the trainees interacted actively with the teacher and had a high degree of participation, and all of them responded that it was a unique and inspiring training for their work. Through communication, some trainees said that after the end of the training, they will carry out training on departmental staff, and use the knowledge gained to extract departmental staff key performance indicators for assessment.
